co2

my co2 tank on my reactor was at 1000 fri today it is at about 600 why ? it is a 10 lbs cylinder i thought they should last for about 1 year is their any way to test for leaks thank you

You can spray a soapy mix of water on the fittings to see where the leak is. They also make a spray that is used to check gas lines. You might want to check Home Depot or Lowes.
I would go ahead and re wrap the fittings with Teflon tape just to be sure.

10lbs last about ~5-6 months depending on your bubble rate Luckily its pretty cheap to get refilled.

i found it with some sopy water it is leaking from my electronic cylinoid
