Can 2 x 150 HQI work on my 125 as a temp light

I am about to start setting up my 125. I want to use the fixture I have now in order to save with start up costs. What do you all think? I was going to place the fixture hanging style over the tank. I am currently running a 75 with the lights. I was thinking I could buy a HQI retrofit and take the internals from my light and build a complete hood with 3 x 150 HQI.

I think it's going to depend on what you want to keep. I don't have enough experience to know for sure. If you keep sps twards the top it should work ok.

My lights are 150 HQI x 2 with 130 PC Actinic x 2. I doubt I would add any more Actinic, just another 150 HQI to even things out. Or maybe do a 250. Can the HQI ballast run a 175 Mogul base bulb, or would that be to much.
