T5 setup but bulbs not lighting!!

HELP!

Purchased the SLS 36" Tek Light: 4x39w T5 HO from reefgeek last week. Got it yesterday and installed it tonight. The light fixture is getting power, both power switches are green lit and in the on position, so I know it is getting power. But none of the bulbs are coming on....the kit didn't come with any instructions, so I'm searching for any possible reasons as to why the lights might not be coming on. The lights fit into the slots, firmly, but not secured, no clicking into position. They do not appear to be damaged and were extremely well packed in shipping. Plus, I find it hard to believe all would be broken. Thoughts??

p.s. i did try calling RG, but they were already closed.

Did you twist the bulbs after you put them in? If they are loose then it sounds like that is the problem. Twisting not only locks them into place but make the connections for power.

Enjoy the fixture. I have a 4 bulb 24" and an 8 bulb 48". I LOVE THEM
