Lawnmower blenny question

My one big Lawnmower blenny has suddenly developed a huge belly - about the size of a large marble. Is it full of eggs, did it eat too much or is it ill?

You mean the giant 1 inch marbles? I have never seen anything like that before. I don't think it would get that big from eating, it is probably ill or carrying eggs.

No 1" is a bit too big. A "large marble" in South Africa is about 1.5cm in diameter.

I haven't seen that before.

How is the fish acting otherwise? Is it swimming less, or breathing more?

As for being pregnant: is it alone in the tank or recently acquired?

Tang Salad - the fish seems fine. Not too active but then again it is large. It is breathing quite a bit but not much more than the other lawnmower blenny.

It is recently aquired - I moved him to the main tank on Saturday I think. There is one other lawnmower blenny- no idea of the sex. I just know if the big one (with the fat tummy) sees the smaller one he(she) chases it.
