Actinic, MH & Fan placement in canopy

I am placing 2 Actinics 03 bulbs and 2 250W 14K MH bulbs in my canopy . Am I correct in assuming that the Actinics go to the front and the MHs to the rear? Its a 4 foot canopy so they have to be this way or the reverse.

Secondly I have 2 openings for fans in the canopy at the top and the rear of my canopy is open. Should I have both fans blowing into the canopy, 1 blowing in and 1 blowing out or both blowing out (seems this might be unlikely because of salt creep)?

Thanks

Your fan life will be shortened by blowing out. I have 2 blowing in and 2 blowing out. fans are pretty cheap unless you have a really nice one. In that case I'd make both blowing in.
