Sump lighting
I have live rock and some macro algea in my sump should the lighting on my sump run 24/7 or cycle.If cycling is the answer how many hours should the lighting be on ?

i run my sump/fuge lighting on a reverse daylight schedule, my sump light comes on when my tank light goes off and vice versa.

I agree with the above, but if you go 24/7 there is less chance of the macro going sexual and dumping nutrients back into the system.
