Calcium Levels?

What is the right calcium and alkalinty level for a reef tank and what are good calcium additives and reef buffers?

Shoot for 400 to 450 PPM Ca 7 to 11 dkh Alk.
I use Randys homemade two part. very easy to make works Great and CHEAP !!!!
