What do you mean by system? I have 5 nano's with the largest being 30 gal.
I do water changes once a week. 3 one day and 2 the next.

Is this for your 10 gallon nano? I couldn't imaging going to the trouble of making something so simple as a water change easier. You should remove about a gallon of tank water and replace it with a gallon on pre-made salt water at near the salinity and temperature of your main tank as feasable. The only thing that might make this easier is if you had a drain for the tank rather than siphon... but that's so marginally easier that I wouldn't go to the trouble.
My system would be: 1) Make salt water from RO/DI water every Friday in a clean bucket. Put an air stone and heater in it if needed (if you keep your house warm, you wont need this. 2) Saturday morning, check temp and salinity of the water. 3) Take a gallon out of the tank, and replace it with the new gallon. Repeat each week. |

The only thing I would add to the above post is a maxi jet to mix the saltwater instead of an airstone, only to make sure salt is mixed well.
