Started Interceptor Treatment-Skimmer?

I just did my first of three interceptor treatments to my tank. I waited 6 hours and now I changed about 35% of the water. I also added carbon. My question is, can I now turn back on my skimmer or should I leave it off for a certain amount of time?

Try posting this question in the SPS forum. There's a bunch of reefers in there with Interceptor experience.
