lighting help, color different

I have a hamilton hood that had 175 mh bulbs. With this set up, one side was real bright compaired to the other. I just recently replaced ballast and bulbs to 250mh and the same side is significantly brighter then the other side.

Any help with this? Can it be the wiring or the socket? Only thing left on that side. I will try to switch the ballast around and see if that is the problem but I find it weird that the same side is duller then the other.

Jon
