Frozen Mysis

Since there is posphate or w/e in frozen mysis when i buy it from the store, can i buy a pack, defrost all of it, run it in salt water, then mix the mysis w/ salt water and refreeze in amounts i need?

Waste of time. You get phosphates from all foods.

I'd spend the time that you'd be doing that in better ways, such as keeping up on water changes and other routine tank maintenance. But that's just my opinion.

I just rinse the mysis really really good to get as much of the greasy stuff off as possible.

I don't rinse... some do. My phosphates and nitrates are undectable. Growing macro algae in a sump is a great way to lower both. The filter feeders in your tank will thank you for not dumping out their food source too. They "eat" the gunk that comes with the shrimp.
