Maristar Lighting Question

Hi, I just got my Sunlight Supply Maristar 4' Hood with 2x250MH and 2x54T5's, the MH are 10,000k Ushio DE bulbs, but they seem a bit yellowish, will this change over time "breaking period", I thought the 10,000k where supposed to be bright white, just wondering, otherwise the fixture is top notch.

what t5 bulbs do you have?

I have the SE ushio 10k and they are white

the T5's are Gieserman Pure Actinics

I have a maristar fixture with 250 w Ushio 10 k bulbs and they were a little yellow at first. They now have a crisp white look.

thanks, that's what I thought also, they need to be broken in a bit I guess.
