brown algae, green hair algae

my tank has been set up for 1 month now. all is going well except new onset of brown and green hairy algae. I have decreased my hours of light, added cheato to my fuge, running lights in fuge opposite of lights in tank. Also added a cleanup crew of various snails, crabs, shrimp, and brittle star.

Levels are as follows, pH 8.4, nitrite 0, nitrate 10, phosphate 0.1, calcium 400, total alk 6 meq/l or I guess 12 dKH, mag 1150.

My question is is there anything else I should be doing? I have kept the algae off the glass, should I be rinsing the rock or just wait for it to pass?

forgot to mention I have done 20gal water change this week and just added clean up crew 2 days ago. The algae has air bubbles on it, no obvious source from the pumps. I read back a few pages and I guess maybe it is cyano? Just wanted to make sure I am doing things right!!

no actually it is brown covering most rocks with some hairy areas, brushes off rock easily. with 3-4 small patches of green hairy grass looking stuff.
