what size sand is everybod useing

just curious. when i first set up my tank 3 months ago, i used the sugar sized stuff. well this weekend, i had to break my tank down completely (another story). since i had broken down the tank, i bought some .5-1 sized sand. still very small, but should work great. so what is everybody useing...

I use Tropical eden pure aragonite 1. to 2. size

I use play sand from lowes mixed with pavers step 1 sand from lowes

i couldnt decide, so i bought 1 bag of about 5 types of sand.... there problem solved, and my sand looks great, little bit of it all in there haha

the bigger the sand the bigger algae
do yourself a favor and go barebottom you'll stay in the hobby longer

I was using AragaLive sand and just set up a 65 gallon with Southdown Sand. That stuff is pretty...but it is so fine. Every time you go into the tank to move something, there is a giant sand storm.
