ok. broke in new skimmer. now i have lots of little bubbles in tank- why?

are you using the foam sponge on the output of the skimmer

i have a ccs 65 try pulling up the foam out of the water so it cant just over flow it .

that did help alot. Still have some bubbles though. I also have a maxi 1200 and a filter which all are blowin the top of h2o. I i lower the ph do u think that will help. Also how do u like your skimmer and also i do have trouble closing top because skimmer in and outlets stick out so far. How bout you?

i like it alot just wish i would have gotten the largest one . i have the out put plumbed to the return area of the sump and the skimmer sits in the intake area . i have a leak and i think its comming from the O-ring so i might need a new one soon . and its olny under 5 months old . but works like a champ when i have it running .. also have it taped for the cup to drain into a gallon milk jug
