Spaghetti Worms good?bad?ugly?

If i have a few spagetti worms in my tank is this bad for my zoos and stuff? How can i rid these creatures? to i need to get rid of them? Anyone else deal with these ?

I had 2 or 3 several months ago and ask the same question. I was told that they will cause no problems. Mine disappeared on their on after a couple of days.

they wont bother anything. in fact they will help clean the rocks and sand. let them be!
