Fish Disease ID...???

I have been slowly taking my fish out of my tank, to put into a quarentine tank due to ick problems.. I just took 1 of my clowns out today and noticed that his fins and his gills were a little chewed up... is this ick or something else??

That would be fin rot. So now you are dealing with two things. I would go to the disease forum and post there. They can direct you on how to treat a little better.
