You could also keep a few of the lower light LPS.

24in Nova Extreme 4x24W T5HO with 2 Lunar Lights http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewIt...roduct=CU01120 Would this put out more like because it is T5 even though it is only 96W total? |

If you're going to get T5s, the Nova Extreme isn't bad, but you don't really get the same impact you would with individual reflectors. Yes, it would give you more light than the 130W PC fixture, but something like a Tek high-output T5 setup with reflectors around each bulb will give you even more.
I kept a bubble, hammers, zoas, mushrooms, Xenia, GSP, a leather and a fox coral under 130W PC for ages in my old 30g with no problem. That said, knowing what I know now I wouldn't have bothered with PCs -- I would have gone straight to T5s or halides. Absolutely no comparison.

I'd go with the 6 personally. You'll have a little more flexibility if you want some more demanding corals down the road.

Hey, that's what I thought the first time around. Now I wish I could keep SPS. It's just what happens in this hobby.
