Question When should I return my naso tang back to display tank

1 week ago I removed my naso tang out of my display tank into my quar. tank. He had ich and also had a white coating over his eyes, he now looks great. When should i return him back to my tank. I couldnt remove the other 4 fish without ripping my tank apart and they are all doing well with no signs. Can you please share some tips or advice!!!

well if your tang had ich and you left fish in the main tank, the chances of your naso getting Ich again is very high. the only way to rid the ich is to take ALL fish out of the main display and put them though Hypo in the QT and leave the main tank fishless for 6 weeks min. so my opinion is to rip apart the tank or find a way to get to the other fish and QT all of them or you will just have problems again
