Do I have too much flow in my tank???
I have a 155 gallon bowfront. I am using 2 power heads 214 (one on each side), A Rena XP3 Canister filter, wet/dry pumping at 800 gallons/hour (between both of them)/protein skimmer inside the sump. Do I have too much flow or current?

I made a mistake, I am running 1200-1300 gallons an hour because i put a reducer on the 2 1000 g/h pumps.

Gee, it depends on what kind of tank you've got. FO it's okay. Reef too little, I like about 20x, give or take, volume. Again, if reef, what kind of animals. Some like more flow than others. You need to give all the info you can too get a good answer, one size does not fit all.
Sasscuba - why so much flow? What kind of animals are you keeping, just curious.

I have about 40 mushrooms, a quarter of the tank filled with live rock, 1 giant mushroom almost 2 feet, polyps, hammer coral, green torch, anemones, finger coral, snails, hermits, 1 tomato clown, and 1 butterfly. I took out one powerhead and i noticed the giant mushroom open up a bit.

I have just over 3000g (~32x turnover) on my 90g softy reef.
You said you have two powerheads 214 -- is that gph? If so, with the 350gph Rena XP3 and 800gph (assuming that's after head loss and not the pump capacity at 0' of head) you've got 1578gph on your 155g (skimmers don't count). That's 10x turnover -- definitely nowhere near too much. IMO it's actually not enough, 20-30x would be better.

the 2 powerheads are rated at 30 gallons per hour each, and i have about 1300 gallons per hour running in my wet/dry. Plus the XP3 350 gallons i would have a total of 1700 gallons per hour running in my tank
