Hood deflectors

I have seen some photos on here of side deflectors installed on hoods to help block the light being directed off to the sides and into peoples eyes when sitting in the room and/or watching TV, any idea where to get these? I could certainly use them on my Giesemann light. I dont want to gerry rig something, dont think it would look good, especially after spending a lot to have a nice fixture. Is there a company out there that manufactures these and would look professional? Not interested in building a tall wooden canopy either.
