salifert makes a great test kit.

beware of the pinpoint cal. monitor as they have problems

Salifert is the best IMO. Its a color change test which makes it hard to misinterpret the results.

The Seachem test kit is very good also, and likewise uses titration (sudden color change).

I like the SERA test kit, seemed a bit easier to use then Salifert

Ease is always good, but don't sacrifice accuracy for ease. I have also hearrd that Lamotte test kits are good. I personally use salifert's calcium test.

Maybe its just me but i have a diffcult time telling when the color changes on calcium test with Salifert. Doesn't help i'm a little color blind..........

I also use the salifert and like stated with the color changing it makes your results easier to figure calcium level
