I would error the side of caution and feed less frequently. If you had a tank overflowing with soft corals and could be assured everything was going to get eaten, you could feed more often. However, keep in mind you are supplementing their primary energy source, which is light. Overfeeding will have many more negative effects than underfeeding.

if you feed what is directed on the back it will be fine being you have live rock and sand. i feed zooplankton and phytoplankton every day and my tank had exploded with mini feather dusters and pods are going crazy now. i dont think you will over feed if you feed as direected. i also feed cyclopeeze once a week too so im sure you will be fine. just my 2 cents.

directions on the bottle should be followed, but if you're worried, start smaller and work your way up to what they say to use. If you notice any negative effects happening, cut it back down a bit.
But in all honesty I think everyother day is fine. Maybe every third day depending on the livestock in the tank.

ok thanks for all the info i think i will feed about every 3rd day or so because i saw big change in alot of the corals and more featherdusters so if all that happened from one feeding i think it would be wise to take it easy with the zooplankton
