400w ballast question

I'm looking at the 400w Helios 20k SE and was wondering if I need to run HQI ballast or if an Icecap electronic will be ok. I don't see a lot of threads on the Helios bulbs so I'm not sure if a new ballast is needed.

Thanks!

The IceCap E ballast will work just fine with that bulb.

Thanks! Are you running the same setup? Just wondering if the bulb will be too blue on the e-ballast.

No way..I'm running 10K Hamiltons on IceCaps
20K is way too blue for me.

Just check out Sanjay's Site for spectral plots for all the 20k bulbs on the IceCap ballasts.
