my naso is covered in liek black spots not large ones about the size of ick spots what is this? how do i treat it?

Sounds like it might be Velvet. If thats the case, NoxIch is ok, Formalin is better... but all needs to be done in a QT. Is he still eating, and how are the other fish?

yeh he eats great all the time other fish dont seem to have it

There is black Ich as well...
