Talking super glue gel? quick answer needed

Will it cure while underwater? I glued a monti cap frag to a piece of dry rock and waited about 5 minutes, but when I got the rock into the water the frag was moving alittle bit with the force of the water flow. I moved it down to the bottom of the tank. Do I need to take it out and re-glue it?

Superglue gel always seems to cure faster when i get it underwater. It turns white and hardens instantly almost.

Anyway, I had the same thing happen to my Monti cap frag, it was bobbing up and down in the current. I moved it to a lower flow area and in about a week it encrusted on the rock enough so i didnt have to worry about it falling off anymore.

i put the superglue on my frags out of the water, wait about 5 seconds, then stick it in. at that point it's still super sticky, and just enough to hold anything to the rock. then it'll fully cure =)

When I have a problem frag, I cover it w/ one of those clear critter carriers that people buy for hermit crabs and such. I drilled out a few slots to allow water in, but not so much that it will blow them around. (that also works real well to place xenia on a specific rock)
