Take Prizim off the list and its a simple process of elimination.

What kind of price rage are you looking at? Also is this going to be an in-sump skimmer or a HOB. I've never had either of the other two on your list, but depending on what you need there are some good skimmers out there that are not on your list.

Well my price range is as cheap as posibale anyway thats what my wife say lol. I'm looking at these skimmers because there right hear and I dont have to wait on them in shipping, but if I get bad reviews I'll buy a remora pro from the net. The skimmer will be a hob. By the way what other skimmers do you suggest if these get bad revies?

no, for the price, those are not bad.

$75 for the PRO prizm would be hard to bet IMO.
if you can spend $200 id consider a Octopus nw-200 itis all about your budget.

From what I've heard, the Prizm is inconsistent, but when it is skimming, it should handle a 30 just fine. IMO, a 55 will be too big for a Prizm.

The other two skimmers are pretty much unknowns. I don't know anyone who uses them. If I had to get a HOB skimmer, I'd look at either a Turboflotor Multi or a Tunze (Nano DOC will to a 30, DOC 9005 would be better for 55). Note that the Tunze hangs inside the tank, so no threat of wet carpet from an overflow.

The Tunze Reefpak 200 (filter plus Nano DOC) can be had for $185 online. To me, that's a pretty attractive option for a 30. Just add some filter pads, a bag of carbon, and a bag of antiphos, and you're ready to go.

Why not just get a ccs65 for under 100.00 off ebay.(usually shipped to your house.) In my mind a way better skimmer, easy to mod, a lot better potential for getting the stuff out of the water. Also later can be added to ozone for more increased efficeincy(sp?).

I had a prizm for a 10 gal that I built but honestly it is a waste of time for anything over 20-30 gallons. I modified my to make it a pinwheel and later a mesh wheel and it produce slightly better but I really would not recommend it for anyone who wants any significant skimming power. When looking at skimmers, look to see how large the skimming chamber is and this should give you a good idea of how much it skims. The prizm's chamber is very small only holds about 15-25oz which will not give much contact time for the bubbles and water. I dont have anyother experience with D&D but I did have a good experience with Aqua-C so I would recommend the remora.
