Help Needed with Maristar Fixture

I have a 6 ft Maristar 250w HQI T5 fixture that has been operating for just under 2 years (since purchase) without any problems. Last night after the halides starting turning off, I noticed the two left side T5 bulbs were not running. This morning, the right side T5s came on as scheduled, but still no left side. I have limited knowledge in this area, but am I correct to assume there are 2 internal ballasts that drive the T5s - one each for left and right sides? And is it likely the left one just died on me? If so, are they replaceable? Is there some other possible cause? Knowledgeable LFS support is extremely limited for me (in Alaska), and I'll try calling Sunlight Supply tech support on Monday, but just thought I'd see if anyone had any thoughts on the problem.
