Aquazone Plus 100

I have a RedSea Aquazone plus 100 that has stopped working. Nothing works. I took the power supply off and put the volt meter on it. The power supply says 18v DC out and I am measureing 25.5v DC. Will the ozonator handle 25volts? Secondly there is a fuse inside the unit that was blow out. Could this be related to the power supply voltage being so high or the result of creep thay made it into the machine? It is not under warranty anymore. I am going to get a new fuse tomorrow and see what happens. Hopefully the new fuse will fix it. If not I'll be back here tomorrow checking out other avenues.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
