Oceanic Reef-Ready .VS All Glass Aquarium Megaflow

I want to buy a pre-drilled 90G tank this week to replace my 60g and I am not sure witch one is better.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I believe they are both owned by the same parent company. Oceanic being a better quality of the two.

How can you tell one is better quality over another?

look at the silicon on the edges, look at the quality of the edges, look at the glass thickness.

i'd go for oceanic... heck I think you should go for their Tech Series tanks! They have starphire glass and eurobracing

Hey xenon. I was saving for a Oceanic 58 gal RR but i found a 65 gal AGA mega overflow for a cheaper price (Much cheaper). Ive owned a Oceanic tank before and can vouch that hey are great quality. But from what i see AGA is great quality as well. Its all about the price, i got a bigger tank for cheaper and its still great quality. Either way you can't go wrong IMO.

I was in my LFS the other day and I saw the AGA 180, I did not take notice of the other size tanks. The one thing I remember noticing about the AGA was the size of their overflow box. If a fish gets stuck in there you are going to have a hell of a time removing it. I do not know if that is the same for the 90. Back in the day, I went with a 180g Oceanic just b/c the quality was superior to anything else on the market. It was hell of expensive. The quality of the AGAs seemed to have improved tremendously however.

Hey my first post!

Oceanic uses a glass center brace where All Glass uses a plastic one. They are both owned by the same company and use the same over flow box and plumbing kit. I agree with the fact that Oceanic does a better silicon job. By the way I would pick up an Oceanic ASAP because they just shut their manufacturing plant down in Texas and are moving in with All Glass.

I just got an AGA w/ megaflow and I am really impressed. Very quiet operation and easy to set up. I would reccomend them for sure.
