Hi All,
trying to put a coustom avitar under my user name . No matter how small it is I get a message telling me its too big?

i don't know how to do it but you need to downsize the file...i think this can be done in a photoshop....
OR-
you can put in the dementions in goolge and search for that size photo...
i'm sure others will chime in will better responces

I think need no bigger than 150pixels (hieght nd width. I forgot the size limit in kb

Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 8192 bytes (whichever is smaller

yea I downsized it to the specks they give in photoshop still a no go. Is a jpg ok or ?

its 150 pixels wide 100 pixels wide 44k jpeg ??

you have to get it down to 8k

Photoshop> File> Save for web> Then downsize it to what you want.
