Best Nitrate Test Kit

Anyone have opinions....

My salifert seems to read 50+ everytime(unless im just judging the color wrong since its really hard to tell with 1ml of water), but my other test kits show that my nitrates are dropping finally and read around 15ppm or so.

Which one should I believe? also what is the best nitrate kit out there?

I usually have good luck with Salifert test kits, but their nitrate test kit put a sour taste in my mouth.

I have been using Elos test kits, and will say that they are so much nicer for the money. Jesse is a forum sponsor and a heck of a nice guy. If you have never heard of Elos, you owe it to yourself to check them out; the stuff they produce is in an entirely new league with regards to quality. Their test kits are no exception.

ill have to check them out cause ive yet to find a good nitrate kit

i really need something good cause I have been fighting with nitrates for so long I have to know what kind of progress im getting.

anyone else?

Well if you know someone close to your area with another salifert test kit just ask him to do one test to see the difference. Maybe it's your kit.

FWIW, I find my Salifert and Aquarium Pharmaceutical nitrate test kits give similar result.
