Potenially sick fish?
Got a new pink skunk clown about a week ago and just noticed on my other pink skunk clown there is white speckles on his tail. Just curious if this would be a Diesis? Or just something random?

could be ich. in that case you will have to treat all your fish in a qt and perform hypo or copper treatments and leave the main tank fishless for 6-8 weeks.
but can't say if it is ich for sure with out a pic. |

OK another question, looking online on "Ich" and it seems to fit the Bill of what I'm seeing, ugh..
I don't have a QT tank yet, ironically in the process of setting one up. But what I do have is a fully cycled 54 gallon corner tank with LS and some LR. I was planning on "transfering" everyone over to this tank this weekend. Can I just move all my LR over and treat the fish in the old tank? How long should I treat? If I move the LR should I do anything about the filtrations since it will essentially be lost? Just real frequent water changes? |
