ID Please *pic inside*

Found this on my rock today, definantly wasnt there before. Yesterday my 150w HQI lighting came in, before that I was using the cheap 20w that came with the tank. So I am guessing the light made this come out. Anyways here is a picture, looks like it has potential with a nice pretty bluish/green color

Could be aiptasia. I can't really tell from that pic.

I dont think its aiptasia at all. It doesnt react when I get close to it or move the rock, and it doesnt really look like aiptasia at all. It looks like a round base with tiny little polyps or something coming off the base
