My lawnmower blenny looks like Nicole Richie!!

man not sure what is up w/ my lawnmower blenny. he is TOO thin. i've seen him pick at the glass but NEVER at any food i feed the tank. everyone elses pics of lawnmower blennys are w/ big guts. his head looks too big for his body....it is whithered away to nothing right behind his head all the way back. is he turning into an anorexic?

what does everyone elses LMB's eat?

Mine stayed in my 125 until he also looked like nicole. I removed him and put him in a 10 gallon QT and starved him more until I put some sheet algae in the tank. Nothing else to eat and he has taken to it and is getting fatter. Will put him back in when he is nice and fat and maybe now he will know once a week what an algae sheet looks like and eat!

i got one to destroy a hair algae problem that i had in the past, but he didnt even touch it. not all LMB are the same and have diff appetites. just try new foods and see what he likes. mine only goes for the frozen foods, hes smart enough to avoid the algae
