Question Cable suspension for Lighting hood.

Wondering if anyone out there has any insight, recommendation or actual product that can be used between or on the cables to raise the fixture more easily. The stanard slip in cable stops that allow adjustment are a bit cumbersome. I'd like to be able to raise the fixture a bit more easily if possible. Was thinking about some sort of a pulley wheel between the cables?
