Asm G2 skimmer info needed.

Well I need to know the minimum foot print required for a ASM G2 protein skimmer. all I found is 10x11, is this the absolute min.. I ask because my skimmer location in the sump is 9 1/2 x 14 is there any way it will fit and work properly.
