advice on rubbermaid sump baffles

Anyone have pics of brute tub or similar sumps? I would like to put one in the closet below my tank and I would pump back up to display. I want to have my fuge below my display. After running throught the fuge the water would drain to tub on first floor. The tub would have skimmer and return pump. I would like to know how people create baffles in the tubs to prevent mirco bubbles going into return. Thanks everyone.

I had a friend that had his return feed into one of those plastic stackable drawers. Each drawer had lots of holes drilled in the bottom. I cant make any guarantees but I know he didn't have microbubbles.

I figured it would be to much of a PITA to make baffles, so I did it the easy way.. All this for a 90

wow that is some set up concretereefer. I don't have that much room to work with, ha. I could do something similar to that but I want to have the fuge in my room so I can look at it easily. Thanks for a different idea. How far away is your display? Thanks.

just wanted to know if that rubbermaid container would ever go brittle? i know that if you leave those plastic containers outside in the sun they get hard and brittle and break easily. is there a special brand/platic that we should look for?

i like the setup! can u show pix of you tank?

thanks
