Well, i've spoken to people who have had good experiences with both of these fish, and also to people who have had bad experiences with both of these fish. There is always a risk with triggerfish, sometimes you get one that is just plain evil (or very hungry). So the short answer is: Maybe. I think that a trigger along with what you've already got may be a little on the overstocked side as well, but i may be wrong. How much rock do you have? Do you run a skimmer, and if so, what model? Also what other means of filtration are you using?

I have a Pinktail and so far, so good. No problems at all. The only reason I got the Pinktail over the Blue Jaw is I already have several blue color fish and wanted something different.

I added a pinktail to my tank a few weeks ago.

It seems to be perfectly fine except for when I added a blue linkia starfish. He decided to eat it overnight (I think, because it was shredded on top the next day).

Here is a pic of him being cleaned by shrimp! (Ich is in my tank, another matter)
