Ice cap ballast 430 fuse location/size

I just changed out all my 110 vho bulbs and can't get 3 to fire; I know it could be a few different things. They did fire when I checked them on the work bench before I put hood back on tank and they were fine. Where is the fuse located on the ballast and what size is it? Can they be found at a local auto parts store? Thanks Jeff
