TDS of 003 ?
is this reading still good to do water changes with... I haven't got my DI in yet.... all other readings are 0 for phos, and Nit.

I am thinking you mean TDS??
003 is pretty good.. my untreated (RO/DI) is usually around 039... after running through RO/DI I get 001. |

Just don't do a big w.c. ....hopefully you already ordered the DI.
Are you sure it's the DI and not the carbon or sediment or RO membrane?

A consistent TDS of 2 to 3 is a good time to change resin. When resin is exhausted it begins to release contaminants back into the filtered water and often in greater quantities than it was to begin with so its a good idea to change it when you see anything other than 0.
