upgrading/moving... need advise

hello,
I have a 30 gallon reef which is in the process of being upgraded to a 90. The 90 has been cycling with90lbs os LS and 100lbs of almost cured LR for a week now, I had it in rubbermaid tubs for a week prior to that.

My question is... Once the tank is fully cycled, how do I make my move? I'm affraid if I do it all at once I'll start another mini cycle and kill some of my livestock. I can move the softies over alone but my SPS and zoas are attached to most of the rock in the tank that I need for aquascaping.

The tanks are about 10' apart

thanks

It would have been nice to add LR fully cured, maybe someone can chime in on that.
I'm doing a similar upgrade.
I'm taking the top 1/2" of sand from my existing and putting it in new tank on top of new sand.
After thats run for a bit and I'm getting clean readings I'll add some of my LR.
Then I'll start adding my livestock.
I'm taking my time doing this to acclimate, and also because I'm going to drill my rock so I can use pegs to connect them.

I mean I would have kept it in tub longer, it would have been shorter or almost no cycle in the tank.
I rushed my LR into my display way back, paid for it later in high trates that seemed would never go away.
Not real sure how cycled yours is and how that could affect sand.
Just check params.

I know, very little room in my apt. plus it STUNK.

I'm in no rush to move it in, I can wait it out.

my question is (once it is cycled) can I just drop in all my rock from the 30 with my livestock or do it slowly. If it's slowly, what are the steps? Rock then fish then corals? fish then rock then corals?

thanks
