Protein skimmer question for anyone with a 29 gallon Oceanic Bio Cube

Okay up and running. Have been talking about the removal of the bio balls on another thread and I feel that is where I am going. Replace with Live Rock and maybe some Chaeto. Now for the question of protien skimming. I feel this is probably one of the things that needs to be done. However I am at a loss as to which skimmer to use for this particular system. Anyone have any experience with this tank and what did they use, hang on, Fission in the second chamber, modify the second chamber and use the Tunze 9002. If you put the skimmer in there, what about live rock? Not needed in the back chambers? Also if a hangon is used what modification to the top had to be done and where did you hang it?
