Urgent Toxic Wipe Out!!!

I bought a australian sea apple and the dealer did not tell me it was venemous and it just wiped my entire tank out???

Is it dangerous for me to put my hand in to get the sea apple out?

How can i clean up the water of the toxins asap?

I am devistated!!!

I'd do some massive water changes. Personally, I wouldn't put my hands into the tank without gloves. A lot of carbon might help, as well.
