are these dinoflagellates?
sorry for the crappy pics, my camera sucks. you can kinda see it, it's a light brown. it looks like someone blew their nose all over my rocks and some of the sand.

it'll be a year in may.
here's my tank params(tested today) Ammonia- <.25 Nitrate- .1 Phosphate- 0 Magnesium- 1190 Calcium- 430 i don't have a nitrite test or a TDS meter. I'm wondering if there's something in my RO water thats feeding this stuff. it's a 6 stage(3 prefilter, membrane, 2 DI), so it should be pretty good. |

I'm guessing so, but due to the pics, I can't say for sure. It sure looks like the dinos I had.

what can i do to get rid of them? i'm still trying to get my kalk drip right. right now my pH is between 7.9-8(which is higher than it was). hopefully i can get it higher.
