Aquaclear Powerhead microbubbles
Upgrade from a 26 gal to 60 gal in early December. Got a Aquaclear Powerhead Model 802. After about a month in the tank, the thing shoots out a stream of microbubbles 1-4 times a minute. I have tried to adjust the airflow, to removing the air adjustment tube, to once again, taking it apart, and give it a good cleaning. Only to have it again shoot out microbubbles. Anyone else having problems with this particular model of Powerhead? Is there a way to make it stop?

Is in near the surface? mine (I use MJ's, but have used aquaclears in the past) pulls some air down a vortex sometimes and sprays the tank with micros. Lower it a bit, and cover that little hole that the air line goes into, thats where it pulls the air most times
