Mobile or HQI

I am planning on updating my lighting system from a T5 system to Metal Halide. I am not sure what the difference is between Mobile or HQIs. Which one is the better choice?

if its over your 30 gallon, i would go with 250w hqi. thats what i have over my 30 and i love it.

a 250 se would be just as good especially in a lumenmax II pendant i would blow away my hammertone 250hqi reflectors
