is this aiptasia?

I just noticed these on some of my rocks.
Sorry for the bad pics thats the best I can do since they about 1/4".

They are growing out of tubes like a feather duster.

those look like hydroids to me not aptasia

unfortunately sometimes harder to get rid of than aptasia IMO
they are in my tank as well more of a nuisance than anything

What should I do to remove the hydroids?

You can try covering them in kalk paste, epoxy or superglue. do not crush them with your fingers because like aiptasia it will cause them to spread.

supposedly bi color urchin eats them along with algea.
