question about new foxface

this fish acclimated the best ive seen yet, fought off my tangs with his spikes and within 4 hrs they are swimming together, finally a fish to put them in their place, but hes super skinny, and im not sure if there is something wrong with his mouth or not, his upper lip is all white and puffed up, or is that teeth of some kind? i hope he starts eating and makes it, he didnt go near the first nori clip he was shown, wondering if its because of his mouth

Well it's hard to say, possibly from anemone sting? He looks awfully close to that one.

I'm not sure what you feed the rest of the tank, but my rabbit loves mysis shrimp. YMMV.

i feed a nori clip every day , every 3 days i feed a mix of omega 1 super veggie and super color flake, krill, brine shrimp, pe mysis, cyclopeeze, zooplankton, and 2 cubes on a rotation, right now its daphnia and marine quisine....................he nibbled at a mysis but didnt take it in, not sure if he didnt like it or his lip hurts...............he did swim around alot maybe taking in the super small stuff, i didnt see him get anything significant..............im not too worried hes not eating as its only his second day, but concerned he may not ever eat because of his mouth
