Try some "Joe's Juice". I have used it in the past with great results.

if you use joes juice, you may want to go over with a siphon after they are a big pulp to ensure you get any left living cells. Because as we know, anenomes can regenerate and if not completely dead.

Almost every reefer has had a problem with those, I use kalk there is also some suff you can buy called joes juice just inject each one and they die (most of the time). There are some people that have used natural methods some fish or nudis eat them. Keep on top of them they will get out of hand.

Those look like hydroids to me. I have been battling them myself. Joes Juice is useless. You can try a stiff bristle toothbrush or even putting epoxy over them, but they eventually come back. I eventually took out some of the rock and chiseled off the piece where they were growing.

I don't think they're Aiptasia and could be hydroids or another pest anemone. A better pic would certainly help. I'm thinking it could be Viatrix globulifera.
Does the pic in the upper right look familiar? http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...WE:en%26sa%3DN

If they are Apitasia, Lysmata wurdemanni (peppermint) shrimp did a great job in my last tank of eating them. Then the shrimp died and they came back many months later . . . Just be sure not to accidentally buy Rhynocetes (peppermint) shrimp, as they may not be reef safe and don't do anything to Aiptasia.

Looks like hydroids to me. The brown color in the lower portion of the blue circle leads me to believe. Hydroids really suck and are very hard to irradicate from the system. If at all possible, remove the infected rock and manually remove them. If you mess with it in the tank they will spread.

ive always used a small torch or lighter on the "weeds". Just lift a small portion of the rock out of the water and light em up. For rocks that cant be taken out of the water, I was thinking about maybe covering the "weeds" with Aquamend(Home Depot putty like glue).
